Applying

The onboarding process is an important step in starting your new job at RiverSync. During this process, you will learn more about the company culture, your role and responsibilities, and the resources available to you. You will also complete necessary paperwork and training sessions to ensure you have the necessary information and skills to perform your job effectively.

Selection

After the recruitment team reviews your application and determines that you may be a good fit for the position, they will reach out to you to schedule a phone or in-person interview. This is your opportunity to discuss your experience and qualifications in more detail and to ask any questions you may have about the company and the position. You can always log in to your profile to view the positions for which you have applied.

It's important to prepare well for the interview, by researching the company, reviewing the job description, and thinking about how your skills and experience align with the requirements of the role. You may also want to practice your interview skills and have a list of questions ready to ask the interviewer.

Interviewing

For onsite interviews, arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to register as a visitor. For online and phone interviews test your Skype Web Meeting prior to your scheduled interview time.

Feedback

After the interview process is complete, the recruitment team will review all of the feedback from the interviewers and make a final decision on which candidate to offer the job to. This decision is based on the interview feedback as well as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and alignment with the company's values and culture.

There may be a slight delay in receiving feedback, depending on the number of applicants being considered and the complexity of the decision-making process. It's important to be patient during this time and to understand that the recruitment team is carefully evaluating all of the candidates to make the best decision for the company and the position.

Once a decision has been made, the recruitment team will conduct a background check on the selected candidate. This check is an important step in the hiring process and is used to verify the candidate's employment history, and education.

If the background check is successful, the recruitment team will contact you regarding next steps. If you are the selected candidate, you will be offered the job and provided with details about your salary, benefits, and start date. If you are not selected, the recruitment team will inform you and provide feedback on your performance in the interview process.

Good luck and thank you for your interest in the position!

The Offer

Once the recruitment team has determined that you are the best candidate for the position and completed the necessary background check, they will extend a job offer to you. This offer will typically be made over the phone, and the recruiter will provide you with details about your salary, benefits, and start date.

To accept the offer, you will need to formally acknowledge your acceptance according to your country's regulations. This may involve signing a job offer letter or other legal document, and it is important to carefully review the terms and conditions of the offer before accepting.

Once you have formally accepted the offer, you will be considered a new employee of the company and can begin preparing for your start date. Congratulations on your new job and welcome to the company!
